Biddulph Grange - One of the quirkiest National Trust gardens which has different compartments with names such as Egypt and China and is a garden of great humour and surprise.Cotehele - An ancient estate beside the Tamar with stunning formal gardens, richly planted woodland walks and an orchid strewn with mistletoe clad trees.
Knightshayes - A magnificent garden with a grand formal design around the house. It has a conservatory, alpine garden, extensive woodland garden with an excellent collection of trees, shrubs and bulbs and a recently restored walled garden.
Powis Castle - Is a garden of grandeur and scale. The garden is a series of terraces, high yew hedges and descending paths winding down to more formal gardens.
Sissinghurst - Created by Vita Sackville-West and Harold Nicolson is a masterpiece of design and plantsmanship. From the wonderful collection of old fashioned roses, herbaceous perennials and the white garden - an inspiration at any time.
