The Nutcracker / Hansel and Greta: Royal Opera House (2009)

The Royal Ballet's Miyako Yoshida,Stephen McRae,and Gary Avis take the lead roles in a 2009 production of Tchaikovsky's classic work 'The Nutcracker',with Koen Kessels conducting. The second performance features a 2008 recording of Englebert Humperdinck's fairytale opera 'Hansel and Gretel'. Colin Davis conducts,with an acclaimed cast that includes Thomas Allen,Angelika Kirchschlager and Diana Damrau.
