- The Outlaws is a crime thriller comedy TV series created by Elgin James and Stephen Merchant. Set in Bristol, seven strangers find themselves working together when forced into the Community Payback sentencing. They seem to have bad luck but that all might change when they discover a bag full of money. Unfortunately, their troubles may just be beginning.
