- Four old retired Texas Rangers help clean up the small town of Boulder which is run by the crooked Mayor Nard Lundy and his stooges... Amos Polk, the drunken judge, along with the trigger-happy Sheriff Clyde Barnes and his corrupt deputies. The foursome realise their days of daring-dos are long gone and that they're too old to be drawing guns anymore, so with hilarious results, they outsmart the villains by using just their combined wits.
