- Synopsis:
- The Pallisers is a British drama series about the complex relationships between a community and the way their noble standing affects their decisions. The series follows the relationship between Plantagenet Palliser (Philip Latham) and his fiancee Lady Glencora (Susan Hampshire) and the many friends and acquaintances they must contend with. The couple must plan their marriage while Glencora wonders who she really loves and people choose respect and reputation over anything else.
