- The Rain is a Danish sci-fi and thriller TV series featuring the acting talents of Alba August as Simone, Lucas Lynggaard Tønnesen playing Rasmus, and Mikkel Boe Følsgaard as Martin in the main roles. The show revolves around a deadly virus that wipes out almost all of the human population, while a brother and a sister try to make it out alive without succumbing to the infectious disease.
