An Italian policeman is killed while hunting down a drug dealer. His soul detaches from his human body and he is able to see images of the near future. Those visions make him decide stay and not to open the afterlife door: "La Porta Rossa"...Anna (Gabriella Pession) discovers that her ex husband - Scaglione - rented an unofficial private archive (storage room) where all the records from a former investigation had been stored. Vanessa (Valentina Romani) is trying to find out information about her mother's death...The killer visits Anna but he ends up painting himself into a corner. Cagliostro (Lino Guanciale) needs to decide whether he stays forever or leaves. And Anna's and Caglistro's baby's name is revealed...During a blackout Cagliostro witnesses a car accident in which a person he knows dies. To find out the truth, the commissioner has to deal with Vanessa again...Cagliostro and Vanessa are facing the last difficult challenge. Will they be able to answer the many outstanding questions?
