- Detective Ma Suk-Do (Ma Dong-Seok) works on a drug dealer case involving the use of a delivery app. He learns that a wanted app developer died in the Philippines. He also learns that his death is tied a large online illegal gambling operation. Baek Chang-Ki (Kim Moo-Yul) is based in the Philippines. He dominates the online illegal gambling market for South Koreans by the use of kidnapping, assault, and murder. In South Korea, Jang Dong-Cheol (Lee Dong-Hwi) is the genius CEO of an IT business. He works on setting up an even bigger online illegal gambling site. Ma Suk-Do now works to crush the villains Baek Chang-Ki and Jang Dong-Cheol.
