Rent The Royal (2003 - 2011)

The Royal is a British drama series about the men and women, doctors and nurses working at a fictional hospital near the English coastal town of Whitby in the 1960s. The series follows the staff as they help the sick and injured farmers, villagers and tourists that come through the doors of the hospital as they must cope with old medical practices and their closed off position in the country. The show features many different illnesses and patients that cause problems for the doctors and nurses as they struggle to keep their patients healthy.
