John Fletcher directs this early 1960's Free Cinema documentary about working class life in London, which offers an evocative look behind the scenes at West Bromwich Albion football club, showing the life of a professional football player from another age - and including footage of a very young Bobby Robson. The film was made as part of the three-part 'Look at Britain' series, which also includes 'Every Day Except Christmas' and 'We Are the Lambeth Boys'.
