The Slavery Business (2006)

The Slavery Business Video Pack includes two features. In 'Sugar Dynasty', two descendants from the Beckford family, who gained their fortune from sugar plantations and slavery in Jamaica, have totally different lives. One cousin has never been to Jamaica nor seen inside a sugar plantation and lives off his inheritance. The other cousin exposes the true background of the slave trade, slavery and life on a sugar plantation. Also includes 'Breaking Chains', which explores the truth behind the slave trade, its abolition and how finally the slaves got their freedom.
