Crossword addict Barry, Lazy Lothario Clint, self-obsessed Annie, lovelorn Robin, the other smokers and skivers are back in the basement room where the tales of failed relationships, dead-end jobs and petty jealousies circulate round the rooms freely as the fag smoke. Janet's student nephew, Dominic is shadowing Robin for a day - in the smoking room; a box of old photos dating back to 1987 brings up issues of ambition and misunderstanding; vandals break in sending everyone "vandacrackers"; a snowstorm keeps the smokers in after office hours with only a bottle of vodka (and pasta sauce as a mixer); a 'no smoking' seminar goes badly awry when Lillian takes a shine to the facilitator - and Janet's champagne lunch sets in a motion a series of revelations that will change the lives of more than one of the smokers forever. - Actors:
