- Jocko De Paris (Ben Gazzara) is a bullying cadet staff sergeant at a Southern military academy. When he decides to frame cadet George Avery Jr. (Geoffrey Horne), son of Major George Avery Sr. (Larry Gates), Jocko's past misdeeds begin to come back to haunt him as his fellow students unite against him.
