Rent The Suicide Manual: Intermediate Level (2003)

In this Japanese horror, Nozomi (Nozomi Ando) falls under the spell of a deadly cult. Her policeman boyfriend Yousuke (Yoichiro Saito) becomes concerned when he realises that members of this cult have a habit of committing suicide, and that these deaths are also linked to a mysterious DVD. When Nozomi and all the other members of the cult suddenly disappear, Yousuke has to race against time to find her before she can harm herself.
