- Patrick Imbert directs this French animation based on the manga by Jirô Taniguchi and Baku Yumemakura. 70 years after Mallory and Irvine's ill-fated Everest expedition, Japanese journalist Makoto Fukamachi (voice of Damien Boisseau) begins researching the life of solo climber Habu Joji (voices of Lazare Herson-Macarel / Eric Herson-Macarel) after learning that the mercurial mountaineer possesses the camera used by Mallory in 1924.
