The legendary sinuous mountain roads of Corsica are home to one of rallying's fastest and most demanding events, the Tour de Corse. Delivering triumph and tragedy in equal measure, the rally has surprised, delighted and devastated for decades. From 1984 to 1991, the Tour de Corse was at the heart of major upheaval for the World Rally Championship, and this action-packed compilation features almost four hours of archive footage tracing the complete story of every Corsican rally from that era, and the dramatic changes the event brought to the sport. From the era of the fire-breathing Group B monsters we are treated to the glorious sights and sounds of the iconic Lancia 037 and Delta S4, Audi Quattro, Metro 6R4, Peugeot 205 T16 and more being pushed to the limit on the long, fast tarmac stages.
