- Synopsis:
- The celebrated heart surgeon Dr. Vrain (Donald Sutherland) supports the research of the offbeat scientist Aldo Gehring (Jeff Goldblum), who is inventing an artificial heart. Dr. Vrain performs the first artificial human heart transplant against the advice of the Ethics Committee.
