- Illegal drag racing is tearing up the streets of Hong Kong and only the fine-tuned skills of former racing champion Foh (Jackie Chan) can shut it down. But when he puts a stop to the high-speed hijinks of a hot-rodder named Cougar (Thorsten Nickel) - who's also a powerful syndicate boss - Foh's most perilous race has just begun. Enraged, Cougar kidnaps Fob's sisters, forcing him to come out of racing retirement to face a heat he cannot win!
