- Elvis Presley plays the Panhandle Kid, a singing, swinging, rodeo champ who's never had a problem breaking in those feisty young fillies. But he's about to get a run for his money when he accepts a job as a stable hand at an all-female ranch that doubles as a health spa for aspiring actresses and models. The Wild West is go-go, the girls are ga-ga and when the King of Rock 'n' Roll falls for the amazingly stunning, unforgettable Jocelyn Lane, he becomes embroiled in a plot involving groovy chicks, nine hit songs, dastardly villains, some hidden treasure and a spooky ghost town.
