- Synopsis:
- The series is based on the Terry Gilliam film of the same name and here too there is a boy who loves history, and one evening ends up in the past through a crack in time. Fortunately, there is a group of time-traveling robbers, who are quite willing to take the boy on a rogue's trail. They visit all kinds of famous places and moments from history, and steal something nice every time. In the series, the group is led by Penelope (Lisa Kudrow), whose character at first glance bears a striking resemblance to her best-known role, Phoebe from 'Friends' - and that's no bad thing. Meanwhile, Taika Waititi plays the role of the supreme being, Jemaine Clement being Pure Evil.
