After a series of frustrating delays, Christina Carver (Angélica María), a beautifully provocative, sexy pop singer begins her journey to join her husband, a foreign correspondent, on assignment in a middle eastern European police state. Caught in a storm, Christina swerves her car to avoid an accident causing the car to he thrust into a muddy ditch. Mihail Kostic (Donald Pleasence), a man in his mid-fifties with a sympathetic though beguiling smile, introduces himself and graciously offers his hospitality. Having arrived at the ominous looking house it becomes immediately apparent to Christina that all is not as it appears to be, as she gets caught up in a web of international intrigue, sex, violence and murder.
