To The Manor Born is a British comedy series that tells the story of a down on her luck heiress, Audrey (Penelope Keith) as she is forced to leave her luxury home and sell it to Richard (Peter Bowles), a millionaire supermarket owner who shares little in common with her. The two share a contentious relationship as they argue over almost everything about the house, their lives and almost everything else as the two seem to avoid the glaringly obvious fact that they actually care for each other.
