- Synopsis:
Whilst on duty in France, Special Forces Agent John Portland (Billy Blanks) is ambushed by a gang of drug dealing killers. Although rescued from his would be assassins he is seriously injured and suffering from total memory loss. He is returned to the U.S. for treatment, invalided out of the service and, for his own protection, is given a new identity. But Portland gets memory flashbacks and every basic instinct is telling him there is unfinished business and danger. Renegade narcotics officer Elmo Freech (Roddy Piper) needs a good man to help him investigate an international drug smuggling ring and he teams up with Portland. He soon discovers his new buddy is a martial arts master and an expert with fists and guns - and not afraid to use them.. Their investigation uncover corruption within Portland's own firm tha CIA and discover that high-ranking directors within the organisation are part of a circle of evil manipulating the drug-running gangs for their own gain. - Actors:
