Four-volume documentary set about tractors and other farming machinery. In 'Vintage Tractors' presenter Gerry Burr explores a range of old-fashioned tractors,some of which have been restored,while others remain in the condition they were found. In 'Tractors and Agricultural Machinery' Gerry visits the Abbey Hill Steam Rally in Somerset and the Bromyard Gala in Herefordshire to see many fine examples of these magnificent machines. 'Traction Engines' examines the variety of traction engines on show at rallies all over the country. The programme features both showman's engines and the more functional ploughing engines. In 'Vintage Farm Machinery' Gerry visits a vintage hay and harvesting day at Isleport Farm to take a look at some classic farm machinery and vehicles. - Studio:
