- Synopsis:
- Comedy set in a home for the physically handicapped near Toulon on the route nationale 7. Aged around 50 and suffering from degenerative muscle disease, Rene is obese and unpleasant. So it falls to Julie, the new young carer, to look after him. Disarmed by Julie's honesty and naivete, Rene confides in her his dearest wish: to sleep with a woman before his disease makes it impossible. Julie procures him one of the prostitutes plying their trade in caravans along R7. Rene becomes a new man, to the amazement and curiosity of all the other patients in the home.
