- Sergeant Joseph Hoover (Sean Stone) went to war to preserve the Union. After being captured and sent to a prisoner of war camp, he starts to understand what it feels like to be kept against your will. Together with a friend, and aided by slaves also being held captive, he will fight for his freedom and the freedom of the all those held in captivity and slavery. 'Union Bound' is a thrilling Civil War film that shows the strength and courage of the human spirit.
