- United States of Tara is an American comedy-drama TV series created by Diablo Cody of Juno fame. Toni Collette plays Tara, a mother with dissociative identity disorder struggling to live her suburban life. Executive producer Steven Spielberg came up with the idea for this touching show which additionally stars Rosemarie DeWitt, John Corbett, Keir Gilchrist. and Brie Larson.
