Rent Velvet Revolution (2005)

Moscow in the new millennium. The new rich are smothered in an orgy of drugs, sex, violence and corruption. The only law that applies to the streets of is the law of money and the gun. Pushing against this tide of lawlessness and organised crime is Vershinin (Aleksey Kravchenko), a tough, no compromising Special Forces Police Major. But after a bundled drug sting operation in full view of Russian TV, Vershinin realises he and his department have been set up. When straight laced Deputy Head of Dept. Suvorovtsev (Alexey Petrukhin) arrives, this unlikely duo must work together to bring the culprits down and save the department.
