At the Bayview Retirement Village the elderly are expected to grow old gracefully, enjoying their final years in peace, quiet and comfort...but not if Tom (Graham Crowden) and Diana (Stephanie Cole) have anything to do with it! Meet two elderly eccentrics who refuse to put up with the appalling food and condescending staff; in the hilariously cynical BAFTA-nominated comedy series that won Stephanie Cole a British Comedy Award in 1992.
1. The Funeral Tom and Diana do their best to help the local Vicar after he suffers a breakdown at a funeral for one of the residents.
2. Two Nasty Children Diana decides some discipline is needed when the elderly duo are charged with looking after two ghastly children.
3. Looking for Work Life at Bayview Retirenment Village is brain-shrikingly dull so Tom and Diana decide to get jobs!
4. Harvey's Fiancee An unexpected guest at Bayview and Harvey's fiancee provide some entertainment for Tom and Diana.
5. The Estate Agent Tom and Diana's interest in the local area causes conflict with an estate agent.
6. Scandal Bayview scandal! Diana is found in Tom's bed, making him irresistible to the ladies bowling team.
7. Sabotage To get away on holiday together the dynamic duo must outwit Harvey and raise plenty of cash.
8. Politics Politics can be a cutthroat business but when Diana decides this is right up her street, she doesn't expect Tom and Harvey to run against her.
9. Sleeping Pills Tom is put in a difficult predicament when Diana falls ill and takes matters in to her own hands. Will he provide her the sleeping pills as requested?
