- Synopsis:
- Wallander is a Swedish crime drama based on the acclaimed novels by Henning Mankell. The series follows Kurt Wallander (Kenneth Branagh), a police detective in the small city of Ystad in Sweden. The show follows Wallander as he investigates murders and other heinous crimes in unison with his team which includes Magnus Martinsson (Tom Hiddleston, Thor). Wallander lives his work and because of this has a problematic relationship with his daughter and father and struggles to relate to them. Wallander is a genius at his job but his personal life is a mess.
