- After the wildest party night of their lives, two mismatched strangers, Jack (Ashton Kutcher) and Joy (Cameron Diaz), wake up in Vegas to discover they not only got lucky - they got married! The road to annulment takes a hilarious turn after Jack wins a three-million-dollar jackpot while playing Joy's quarter and a no-nonsense judge (Dennis Miller) sentences them to six months "hard marriage". What follows is an all-out battle of the sexes as Jack and Joy go to outrageous lengths to try and cheat each other out of the money.

Not that bad - What Happens in Vegas review by CP Customer
Having seen this in the cinema, we felt What Happens in Vegas was unfairly panned by critics. For sure it is no comedy classic but with a sizeable budget this motors along quite nicely with Kutcher ideally cast as a young slob.
Over the past year several films have been based in and around Vegas. Yet don't be mislead as only the initial meeting of Diaz and Kutcher takes place here. Most of the fun and fallouts happen when the are back home in New York in pursuit of that financial prize. Do they fall in love or just grab and cash and run their separate ways? Check it out as ideal an ideal rental.
