Synopsis:: It's been over five years since Terry Collier (James Bolam) left his mate Bob (Rodney Bewes) and joined the army. Now returning to Civvy street, he finds the country has undergone a sexual revolution, his beloved Newcastle is unrecognisable and worst of all - Bob has an office job, plays badminton and is engaged to prim librarian, Thelma (Brigit Forsyth).
