- Synopsis:
- Where the Heart Is is an British television series set in the fictional Yorkshire town of Skelthwaite. The show follows sisters-in-law and fellow nurses Peggy Snow (Pam Ferris) and Ruth Goddard (Sarah Lancashire), and chronicles their lives in the small Yorkshire town. Running from 1997 until 2006 when it had undergone a number of cast and character changes.
