- Synopsis:
- William and Mary is a British comedy series about the relationship of William (Martin Clunes), an undertaker and Mary (Julie Graham), a midwife and how their relationship develops despite the contradictory nature of their professions. The two bond as they must deal with their wierd friends, their extreme differences and the major turning points of dating. The series makes allusions to the King William and Queen Mary through the couples interactions as the two prove that opposites do attract.
