Wizard Quest (2002)

Through a twist of fate, young Peter is given the chance to save Chancemoor Castle, which is being threatened by an evil wizard. But to accomplish this, Peter must team up with Alyosious the wizard, Shanakzoot the hobbit and Queen Isadore.
