- Synopsis:
All seven episodes from the first series of the TV show about the amiable, head-changing scarecrow. In 'Worzel's Washing Day' Worzel (Jon Pertwee) meets John and Sue, a young brother and sister on holiday at Scatterbrook Farm. 'Home Fit for a Scarecrow' sees Worzel attempting to furnish his home by stealing from the nearby village. 'Aunt Sally' has Worzel set out to rescue a forlorn Aunt Sally (Una Stubbs) from the village fete. 'The Crowman' finds Worzel asking for a 'handsome head' so that he might start courting. 'A Little Learning' sees Worzel attempt to retrieve his 'clever head' from John and Sue's school. 'Worzel Pays a Visit' has John and Sue discover that Aunt Sally is working as a maid for Mrs Bloomsbury-Barton. Finally, in 'The Scarecrow Hop', Worzel and Aunt Sally go out dancing together. - Actors:
