- Period drama set during the Partition of India in 1947 directed by Rakesh Mehta and starring Gagan Kokri and Monica Gill. Buta Singh (Kokri) and his two best friends Neza (Yuvraj Hans) and Kishan (Raghveer Boli) live an idyllic and peaceful life in their village outside Lahore until the arrival of Naseebo (Gill). As Buta falls in love with her Neza and Kishan do their best to convince her family that Buta would make a suitable husband. However, all of their lives change drastically when India and Pakistan are partitioned and families and friends are forced apart. Under these trying circumstances Buta, Neza and Kishan vow to stick together.
