International Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Dancer, Lisa Colquhoun, is delighted to present her programme 'Yoga for Beginners' Full Body Workout. This workout aims to introduce Yoga to beginners and comprises of 5 workout sections that can either be done as one whole class or as individual short classes. With sections to accommodate the practicing Yogi's as well, this programme is perfect for all levels and has an evened out balance of warm ups, floor and standing Asana's to challenge you and to build up strength throughout your whole body. You will learn the traditional practice of the Sun Salutation as well as how to breathe through each movement. Lisa's recommendation is to practice at least 2-3 times per week. This is easily achievable even if you are pressed for time, as you will have access to 5 workout sections that you can choose from: The New Yogi (Beginners); The Yoga Flow (Sun Salutation); Practicing Yogi (Postures); Yoga Bends and Flow; The Chilled Yogi. If you are an absolute beginner, why not choose to start with sections 1 and 2 and practice till you are confident to proceed. You will find that practicing Yoga will benefit you with your strength, tone, flexibility whilst improving your overall health. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes, have a nice mat to practice on and so let's work that full body in this invigorating traditional Yoga workout.
