You can follow a method put together by Anne-Marie from years of experience of working with professional and amateur athletes. Anne-Marie works with footballers, boxers, rowers, racquet players, swimmers, cricketers, golfers and runners. Her own love of sport came through having four children, two of whom are avid footballers. Anne-Marie will guide you through a session that will target your core muscles in the abdominal area and open up your hips and pelvis. Her own background of body-work came through professional ballet and then to yoga. Anne-Marie has been teaching for almost 30 years and is still astounded that yoga and sport is still so untapped as the potential of true all-round training for any athlete.
