In truth I love yoga flow. It is by far my favourite style of yoga and I am confident you will enjoy this form of Yoga as well. If you stick with it you will really notice a difference in your body and benefit from feeling fitter, firmer and much more flexible. When you link Yoga postures in this fluid like motion and also sync the movement with your breath it brings about a lovely sense of ease and tension release - whilst also giving you lots of energy and strength. This program is divided into three engaging 30-minute workouts focusing on your fitness, tone and flexibility. By breaking down a series of different yoga movements, then slowly piecing them together to create a variety of flowing yoga sequences, gives you a really rewarding workout. You may have never tried yoga before but fancied giving it a go, or you may have done some yoga before but wanted to now try 'Yoga Flow' - but whoever you are and whatever your level, I believe my workouts will help you. While it has been designed with beginners and improvers in mind, I constantly provide options throughout my workouts to make each move easier or harder to ensure it will work effectively for you no matter your current level, therefore these workouts are presented in a way that will give you the chance to progress.
