"Yogalates"consists of a five minute introduction to breathing and two workouts:
WorkOut One A 26 minute mat-based workout focussing on lying down and sitting up, the centre of the body, abdominals, lower back and pelvic floor muscles.
WorkOut Two A 30 minute workout strengthening the midback muscles and spine creating a great posture. Also concentrates on toning the arms, legs and behind.
