Rent Yu Yu Hakusho (1992 - 2005)

Yu Yu Hakusho is a Japanese animated drama series about a young man who dies by saving a young boy from a car accident and finds himself returned to his body only to be tasked with defeating wayward spirits and demons that have escaped the Underworld. The series follows Yusuke, a usually selfish person who for once does the right thing and saves a boy from a car only to find it killed him instead. As part of his reward for doing good he is returned to his body but must defeat demons and protect the innocent, a punishment for being bad for most of his life.
