Synopsis:
Zubin Mehta is one of the world’s leading conductors. Born and raised in India in a Parsi family, he moved to Vienna to continue his musical studies. At the age of 25 he was already conducting the world’s greatest orchestras. Filmmaker Bettina Ehrhardt creates a tender homage to this exceptional artist. We follow Zubin Mehta over the course of many months in Israel, India, Italy and Germany, watching him work with the orchestras and institutions to which he has devoted his entire life. The Parsi saying Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds has been at the core of his actions both musical and charitable. This film is about a great artist loved by audiences and musicians alike, whose presence radiates warmth and humanity.
