No other conductor enjoys so many ties to the Wiener Philharmoniker as Zubin Mehta, one of the orchestra's few honorary members. For this year's New Year's Concert, his fourth, he has chosen a programme of familiar favourites and novelties including the intoxicating waltz Wo die Zitronen bluh'n.
