300 years after the brutal slaying of three women, believed to be witches, the small New England town of Devonsville is rocked by another murder. The woman's death kick starts a cycle of violence against the town's men, which mysteriously coincides with the arrival of three liberal women. Dr. Worley (Donald Pleasence) believes them to be the reincarnation of the wronged women and that vengeance is being sought for the crimes of Devonsvilles forefathers, a bloodline that leads directly back to Dr. Worley.
