9. Allegiance
Fleeing a Goa'uld attack, the Tok'ra must take refuge at the SGC Alpha Site occupied by rebel Jaffa. Centuries of bad blood between the two races begin to boil as an unseen assassin wreaks havoc on the camp. SG-1 visits Pangar, a planet inhabited by humans who have developed a drug that makes their immune systems perfect. Unknown to SG-1 is the means by which the drug is produced, a startling discovery that may hold the key to the origins of the Tok'ra!
11. Prometheus
Rogue NSA officers hijack the top-secret X-303 spaceship with Carter and Jonas on board and demand that Adrian Conrad be brought to the ship. Using his Goa'uld knowledge, Conrad activates the X-303 and takes the ship light years from Earth, as O'Neill and Teal'c attempt a rescue not knowing if they will be able to return home.
12. Unnatural Selection
When SG-1 is marooned in deep space, Thor and the Ancients come to their rescue seeking O'Neill's help to combat the Replicators who have overrun their home world. Convinced they will attack Earth if not stopped, O'Neill stages a daring mission to stop the Replicators once and for all.
Martin Clunes is back as the curmudgeonly Dr. Martin Ellingham, whose truculent and tactless manner causes mayhem in the small Cornish community of Port Wenn. Series 2 follows the surly doctor as he continues to negotiate his way around village life. Double Jeopardy
SG-1 returns to a planet they helped free from Goa'uld enslavement and is prepared to lead them once again against Cronos, but O'Neill and his team must win back their confidence. Fortunately, they have help in the form of their robot duplicates, eager to assist them on this doubly-difficult mission.
Exodus
The SG-1 team steals a Goa'uld mother ship and lends it to the Tok'ra. SG-1 come up with a plan that will cause the Sun to go nova and destroy Apophis's attacking fleet. Suddenly a Goa'uld ship decloaks and fires, crippling them while the countdown begins on a blast that will take out the entire solar system.
17. Absolute Power
SG-1 is called to investigate a young boy who possesses the genetic memory of the Goa'uld. The child sets out to teach Daniel a lesson - by imbuing him with the sought-after genetic memories and launching him on a spiritual journey.

Members of an SGC unit, including Daniel, are near death. Their condition is a mystery, but the answer could well lie in a strange offworld temple that is affecting their brain physiology - delivering euphoric highs and debilitating lows. Carter makes the acquaintance of a promising young cadet with a rebellious streak and decides to bring her through the stargate. They visit an offworld research base where they are attacked by alien life forms composed of pure energy.

The SGC is infected by an alien probe that downloads itself into Carter's body. With the alien entity poised to overwhelm them all, SG-1 are confronted with the prospect that they may have to sacrifice one of their own.
13. The Curse
When Daniel's old archaeology professor dies in a mysterious lab explosion, he pays a return visit to his old academic stomping grounds. With a Goa'uld stalking the campus and the locals abuzz with talk of an ancient curse, Daniel must unravel the mystery before it's too late.
14. Serpent's Venom
SG-1 are dispatched to thwart a burgeoning alliance between Apophis and Heru'ur. Teal'c is captured by the Goa'uld. Do they try to rescue Teal'c? Or does the success of their mission outweigh the life of their friend?
15. Chain Reaction
When General Hammond announces he is retiring, O'Neill suspects that there is more to his decision than he is letting on. Hammond's replacement breaks up SG-1, so O'Neill takes on the NID. But his success will rest in the hands of a most unlikely ally: Colonel Maybourne.
