An elite military unit (SG-1) must flee back to Earth when two members of their team inexplicably disappear into thin air. But they return to a world in which the Stargate - an Ancient device which allows them to travel to hundreds of planets - was never discovered, and their own history has been erased. Now they must convince a dubious government and military that the timeline was altered by a powerful Alien enemy (Ba'al) in order to conquer Earth, and time is not on their side...
1. Small Victories
The Stargate crew returns to Earth to face and eliminate a replicator bug that made its way onto a Russian submarine. Carter is taken to Thor's home planet to help defeat the replicators for good.
2. The Other Side
SG-1 is sent out on a humanitarian mission to help the inhabitants on the planet Euronda. Upon their arrival they find a civilisation devastated by war and a leader desperate to make a deal.
3. Upgrades
A Tok'ra representative brings a mysterious armband device to SG-1 which supposedly enables super human powers. O'Neill, Carter, and Daniel volunteer to test the device but realise they are being involved in what could be a suicide mission.
4. Crossroads
SG-1 meet with Shan'Auc, a seemingly lost love of Teal'c, who claims to have discovered a method to defeat Goa'uld by learning to communicate with her symbiote.
9. Scorched Earth
SG-1 find themselves caught between two civilisations attempting to colonise the same planet. They must find a solution to this ethical dilemma, or face the extinction of an entire race.
10. Beneath the Surface
SG-1 find themselves working in an alien powerstation, with no memory of their former lives. As General Hammond tries to unravel the team's mysterious disappearance, the members of SG-1 grasp at fleeting memories which are the keys to their very survival.
11. Point of No Return
O'Neill meets a strange man who claims to be an alien and possess intimate knowledge of the Stargate programme. O'Neill is ready to dismiss him as a harmless nutjob, however, a series of strange occurrences begin to suggest that maybe there could be some truth to his story.
12. Tangent
A test flight of an experiment aircraft adapted from two Goa'uld death gliders goes awry, sending Teal'c and O'Neill hurtling into space at a million miles an hour. With time ticking down, Carter and Daniel must pull off a daring rescue.
5. Divide and Conquer
When SG-1 members go berserk the Tok'ra must find a way to identify SGC victims of Goa'uld mind-controlling technology.
6. Window of Opportunity
SG-1 team members are exposed to a mysterious blue light from a machine that catches them in a time loop. Here, they find themselves experiencing the same things over and over again.
7. Watergate
An unsuccessful Russian attempt to bring home "amazing" water through their own Stargate ends in catastrophe. The SG-1 team comes to their rescue and discovers a Stargate that remains locked open.
8. The First Ones
After making a remarkable archaeological discovery, Daniel Jackson is taken prisoner by giant Unas. O'Neill leads a rescue mission to the planet and finds that most of the SG-11 is wiped out.
21. Crystal Skull
Daniel finds a glowing crystal skull inside a Mayan pyramid that was first discovered by his grandfather decades before. When Daniel goes to investigate, a mysterious force makes him disappear and the SG-1 team must find his grandfather to unlock the mystery of the skull and save his life.
22. Nemesis
O'Neill is kidnapped and taken aboard a ship by the Asgard. The ship is full of small, metallic, bug-like creatures called replicators on a mission to destroy Earth. O'Neill plans to blow up the ship and sacrifice himself, but can the Stargate team find another way to stop this apocalyptic scheme?
17. A Hundred Days
The SG-1 team visits the friendly planet Edora and gathers to watch the annual meteor shower that lights up the sky like a fiery rain. But suddenly, wayward asteroids bombard the planet, destroying the Stargate. Can O'Neill and the team ever return home?
18. Shades of Grey
On a mission to Tollana, O'Neill steals a weapon and takes it back to Earth. When Hammond discovers the deception, he suspends O'Neill, but the SG-1 team commander's misconduct is only the beginning of a fantastic mystery that could have catastrophic consequences.
19. New Ground
The SG-1 team travels to a planet where their arrival ignites a war between two cultures. A powerful spy realises his side could win the war if the SG-1 team and the Stargate can be neutralised. Will O'Neill and his team make the same realisation and save themselves in time?
20. Maternal Instict
When Bra'tac arrives at Stargate Command with a wild story about interplanetary warfare, Daniel deduces that the battle is over a mystical child named Harsesis. The SG-1 team sets out to save Harsesis from danger and stop the war - but will they be the first to find the child?
13. The Devil You Know
During an attempt to rescue Jacob Carter, the SG-1 team is captured by one of Hell's Denizens who wants information from them to overthrow Sokar. Using Tok'ra memory technology the team is forced to relive vivid, painful memories... but how much torture can they take?
14. Foothold
During routine medical exams, Dr. Fraiser injects each team member with a sedative, rendering them unconscious. Teal'c awakens and witnesses General Hammond conspiring with Fraiser and two aliens. What has happened at Stargate Command and can the team overcome their own "alies"?
15. Pretense
The SG-1 team is invited to the Tollan planet to a ceremony called a "Triad", but they are shocked to discover it is actually a trial of their friend, Skaara. Daniel and O'Neill must argue a case to determine which host personality will be allowed to control Skaara's body. But will justice be served?
16. Urgo
The SG-1 team is secretly implanted with an alien spore that evolves into a being called Urgo, which only the implanted team members can see. Urgo claims to be friendly, but the suspicious team members work feverishly to rid themselves of the creature before it destroys their minds.
9. Rules Of Engagement
A group of SG soldiers battles a Jaffa army. Believing the soldiers to be the missing-in-action SG-11 team, O'Neill and the others provide assistance. Much to their surprise, the mystery SG team turns its weapons on SG-1!
10. Forever in a Day
Daniel Jackson's reunion with his long-lost wife during a rescue of captured Abydonians: leads to painful consequences including his loss of friendship with Teal'c and his resignation from the SGC.
11. Past and Present
SG-1 encounters an entire planet suffering from amnesia. The inhabitants introduce SG-1 to a brilliant young woman named Ke'ra, who returns to Earth with them in an attempt to j find a cure. Along the way, she develops a mutual attraction with Daniel Jackson. But as time passes, SG-1 suspect Ke'ra may not be who or what she appears to be.
12. Jolinar's Memories
Major Carter's father has been captured on a moon transformed into a literal Hell. As no one had ever escaped from Hell except for Jolinar, Tok'ra technology is used to access her memories from Carter's mind. Then the unexpected appearance of an old foe foils the rescue mission...

The SG-1 team are imprisoned on Hathor's planet. Their only hope for survival rests in the hands of Hammond and Teal'c. The two must forge a daring rescue plan and save SG-1.
2. Seth
An ancient Goa'uld Lord is hiding on Earth and passing as a religious leader. The SG-1 team must find him without falling victim to his brainwashing powers.
3. Fair Game
Thor discovers the Goa'uld System Lords plan to attack Earth. He negotiates a peace offering on the condition that Earth gives up Stargate. Carter must expose the Lords to their corrupt comrade in order to save Stargate.
4. Legacy
During a routine mission, the SG-1 team discover a tablet which holds a deadly parasite. The team discovers the parasite is Machello's deadly legacy. To save themselves they must make a huge sacrifice.
The Tok'ra (part II) - In order to save the Tok'ra race, one of them is allowed to inhabit the body of Carter's father, who is dying of cancer. But as the two join together, the Goa'uld launch an attack and even if the Tok'ra survive, their entire planet may be destroyed.
Touchstone - A climate-controlling touchstone is stolen from the planet Madrona and the SG-1 team is accused of the theft. Whoever took the powerful device now has the ability to control the world's climate. Can O'Neill rescue the missing touchstone before the world's weather destroys the ecosystem?
A Matter of Time - A black hole swallows up the SG-10 team and O'Neill is sent on a rescue mission. But the hole's gravitational pull grows stronger, and soon theatens to destroy Earth. Will O'Neill find a way to stop this super destructive force and save the planet?
The Fifth Race - When O'Neill looks into a mysterious alien viewing device, his brain is infiltrated by a strange, intelligent force. Jackson is sure that the incapacitated O'Neill now understands the mysteries and origins of the Stargate. Can Jackson recover this information and save O'Neill's life?
Secrets - The entire Stargate project is threatened when a reporter declares he will reveal to the world the mysteries of the top-secret portal. O'Neill attempts to stop him while the rest of the team tries to save Jackson's wife, who has been implanted with a Goa'uld. Is this the end of Stargate?
Bane - During an attack of giant insects, Teal'c is stung and implanted with a virus that causes him to mutate into a terrifying and destructive creature. The only way to save him is to capture one of the venomous bugs for an antidote, but time is running out.
Spirits - The SG-11 team does not return from their mission and O'Neill and the SG-1 team search for them on a planet inhabited by mystical Indians. Strange spirits have kidnapped the SG-11 team and O'Neill may be their next victim. Can anyone stop this invisible menace?
The Tok'ra - Carter is mesmerised by a dream in which she sees herself as Jolinar, the rebel Goa'uld who briefly inhabited her body. Carter recruits her dying father to join her and the team on a daring mission to find the Goa'uld-but her dream is about to become a nightmare.
