Pennsylvania 1968. A strange viral outbreak is contained within the walls of a military hospital: people exposed are disposed of, burned to a crisp, and the incident covered up. 35 years on and the military are gone, replaced with a mental hospital.

When five patients are about to be released, they uncover a secret buried within the compound and unwittingly unleash the virus.
