- With his career drying up, a Hollywood icon is forced to consider a low budget movie. Out researching the role he is abandoned by his driver with no cash or mobile phone and on the wrong side of the tracks. His saviour is Scarlett, a check out girl with attitude, and what looks like another celebrity scandal reveals an unexpected friendship that will leave a lifelong impression.

Another film by someone well known presumably made to fill a contractual obligation. Would an attractive, dynamic, young lady have anything to do with some old geezer who chats her up at place of work? Whole concept is miss-guided. Didn't bother watching the second half......

Not my cup of tea - 10 Items or Less review by PM
I did watch it to the end, and the end almost redeemed the rest of it, but although it never quite descended into the the depths, nor did it ever really fly. I'm middle class white english, so it may be a cultural thing. For me the film was just too straight forward, no mystery, no guesswork and not much inspiration.
