- Four prostitutes abandon their 'working girl' lifestyle after a change in the law closes their bordello. They open a restaurant. Flourishing, successful and happy they find that their past comes back to haunt them as they are reported to the police and forced to consider their old 'jobs' as part of the landlord's tenancy agreement.

I found this film Predictable, dull and very average, in spite of Miss Signoret. This was probably due at least in part to my having to rely on the subtiles, because my Italian is very limited

Italian saga - Hungry for Love review by SoniaGee
The film centres around some young women who work together. Not in the rag trade, a more down-to-earth way
of earning their living.
After finally getting the english subtitling to work, I enjoyed the film very much.
If you are a prude, it might not be for you.
